These guys was the best ever. They was very professional, and respectable. I have another mounting to be done, I just hope and pray that I get the same two guys again.

The staff at Best Buy that comes out to install was incredibly helpful, informative and very polite. I would use them again without hesitation. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. It’s a five star rating six if I could give it or 10.

The Geek Squad agents mounted my television perfectly, connected it to all of my devices, and cleanly hid the wires behind the TV. Excellent service!

Geek Squad is the ONLY reason i still shop at Best Buy, professional helpful experts in their field AND happy in their profession!! Don’t lose the Geek Squad and use a third party like you did for appliances - as i don’t buy my appliances from Best Buy anymore because of that decision

The Geek Squad does great work. Don't waste the effort to try to install large screen televisions and wall mounts yourself. If you sign up for Total Tech, you get the installation, plus an extra year warranty on the television.

My installer was very knowledgeable and since I had a second tv I decided to mount added on to my order same day which provided a lot of time saved having to schedule a second install.

TV was mounted well and in a timely manner. Only complaint was when I checked back after the tech left there was sheetrock dust on the floor where the tech had drilled the mounting holes. On tv's I had previously mounted by geek squad the technicians vacuumed up their mess when they were done.

We are very happy with the team that came out, mounted and hooked up our TV. They were very courteous, mindful and masked up. Worked together seamlessly and cleaned and hauled away everything upon finishing their installation! We would highly recommend geek squad.

The 2 Geek Squad guys did a great job mounting my new Sony TV to the wall and setting up all the features I use. They showed me how to use certain features too. Both men were very helpful, quick and friendly.
