We upgraded our GeekSquad service to TotalTech in July and have enjoyed the benefits. A recent TotalTech repair and several calls for help have received quick, professional, friendly service. Now our TV installation went totally according to plan and I am sure that our agent provided additional services not specifically provided under the plans. He provided us with explanations of our options and showed us different possibilities. He listened to our questions and provided responses at a level that we (technologically challenged) could clearly understand.

I bought a 55” TV and other items and have not received any reward points. It’s also very hard to get a sales person on the phone. However, I do love my second adjustable TV rack. Also Geek workers were great even though they were not able to connect computer because I need a cable for it.

Arrived on time and went right to work installing. Hooked up existing surround sound, DVD player and programed remotes to operate. Took the time to explain the use of and asked if any questions.
