Agent Sal was excellent. Explained all that he was doing, Installed my TV, relocated my old TV and connected all to necessary devices. Service above and beyond. Couldn't have been happier. Very considerate of furniture, etc. which I really appreciated too.

The agents set up the tv , connected all devises and tested it to makee syre everything was working as it should

Durrell from the Geek Squad did an excellent job installing our 65 inch TV. We just moved here from Georgia and was without this TV for quite awhile. We really appreciate the courtesy and professionalism we received from the Geek Squad.

I thought I’d left a review. Obviously, I didn’t. The two “gentlemen” that installed and mounted my new 55” Samsung tv were excellent. On time. Professional! Excellent job, with no issues. They even took the trash.

Installers were on time and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. This added benefit to the Totaltech Membership practically makes the membership pay for itself.

These young men were courteous, knowledgeable & professional. They did a great job quickly and made sure we understood how to use the many functions.

The Geek Squard came and did a wonderful job of mounting and hanging my large tv. The professionalism , courteousness and time taken to do the work was greatly appreciated . I would highly recommend friends and family to use geek squad.

They were maybe the most helpful service people I have experienced. They arrived on time and quickly went to work setting up the TV and the sound bar.

The Second Geek Squad remounted the TV correctly and did an excellent job of getting the sound bar placed, adjusted, connected to the TV. They were courteous, friendly and professional!

The technicians were very professional and installed two TVs. They performed the installations in a clean and safe manner, protecting the floor and keeping drywall dust to a minimum while drilling a hole in the wall! The two techs worked well as a team.

So I used a competitor first to save a few bucks! You get what you pay for! The TV was hung crooked and they hung it on drywall alone with cords showing! I do have a tricky setup but the Geek Squad showed up and knew exactly what to do! They were more expensive but worth every penny to get it done perfectly!

Just recently had s 43 inch Westinghouse tv setup. The installers were great, explained everything to me. The tv so far id great (only had 1 day) picture quality and sound are outstanding. I would recommend

The members of the work team arrived on time and we done with their work is less than two hours. The work was of professional quality and they left the room as it was when they arrived except the TV was mounted to the requested specifications.

Very friendly and knowledgeable guys, and they installed everything so fast. They even walked me through the TV's features and some basic troubleshooting.

The agents where friendly, fast and very professional. I dont allow shoes in my home, before i could say anything they put booties over there shoes. I was very impressed and happy. I will always use Geek squad. This was a wonderful first time experience. Luc was awesome.

Fantastic Guys that were very neat and polite. Wish I had them around for every question that I could have, a hands on tutoring. LOL

The service was great. The tech did a great job of installation and explaining how everything worked. He was thorough and answered questions, but didn't treat us like children.

The guys installing our TV’s were great. We were using existing wall mounts that the former homeowners had left. The guys looked and said the mounts were placed too high (and one was off center, which would have driven my husband crazy) and were we sure we wanted to keep them where they were. It was more work for them but I appreciate the fact that they took the time to make sure we would be 100% happy once the TV’s were mounted. They moved the mounts and placed the TV’s in the appropriate positions for our viewing pleasure. Couldn’t be happier with the installation!
