David Otiz is a rock star! My wife and I are trying to adopt him. Seriously, he does a fantastic job, has very high standards, can solve any problem that springs up during the installation, great customer service and is simply a great person.

The agents installed a TV mount and set it up perfectly. They arrived on time and they tied up all cables, neatly. They made sure I understrood how to move the TV screen, properly. TYhey were polite, knowledgeable and professional.

David arrived on time and was very pleasant. He was careful with the area around my furniture and explained how the wall mount could be tilted etc. He was helpful with my questions.
