Great service - 1) called day before to confirm 2) called day of to confirm 3) showed up on time (so far Comcast could learn a thing or two from these guys!) 4) first tech came in while waiting for the second to come with the TV. I showed him the room, the old TV, explained how it was currently wired through the wall. When we powered it up, guess what, we had sound but no picture!!! My old TV decided to die the same day my new TV was to arrive!!! Karma baby!! 5) Second tech came with the TV, and the two of them worked together to take the old one down, wire the new one the way I wanted. Second tech then left, taking the old TV with him (for which I was very grateful -- what am I going to do with a 200 pound plasma TV that isn't working!?!) 6) Once it was powered up, he ran through the set up (asking me to put passwords in where needed, etc.). Then he asked me if I had any questions -- which I did -- and he answered all those, cleaned up and left. A+ to Geek Squad!

The technician was very courteous and professional. I'm a disabled person and require added help with most things. My Geek Squad Technician readily offered assistance. I'm totally happy with the service I was provided.

The geek squad install the bracket and mounted the TV. They insured all my devices connected where working. Great job!

Had some difficulties and Jacob from customer service took care of everything and the outcome was awesome. Never in my life had such TLC and service to become a Súper happy customer. They are awesome and all my needs for me personally or for my home will be purchased at Best buy no matter the price, it’s all about Customer Service and they have it all.

the agent that mounted and serviced my new TV performed all service skillfully and was able to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond what I expected in testing to make sure my internet connection was stable and sufficient for the location of the TV. He measured carefully to be sure the TV would fit on the existing mount without drilling additional holes in the wall. He set up my cable box to the TV and waited until everything was working properly and instructed me in accessing all the features of the new TV.

Geek Squad does an amazing job. They asked me questions on placement before they installed, even mounted the tv for me. After they got the thumbs up from me, they cleaned up EVERYTHING. Excellent job!!

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job of installing and setting up my new tv. They were professional and so helpful in explaining my set-up options and how everything worked.

The installers were very professional and installed the television with ease. This is our second install this last year and way worth the money.

I'm so pleased with my "on the wall" TV installation. I didn't put it up myself, but had the Geek Squad do it, since I'm very short. The TV mounting is strong and completely hidden behind the TV. I'm very happy with it!

This mount was perfect for our 85 inch tv. It swivels well and has held up great!

i had 2 of the nicest technicians come in to mount and set up my samsung Q8F television. they also programmed a universal remote for my new dvd player and receiver. they spent a lot of time teaching me about all the features of my new system. it was very helpful.

The installation guys were great. I am super picky about things being level and centered, etc, and they not only didn't act annoyed but were SO nice about making it perfect.

The agent mounted my TV according to my desire. Connected the TV. There was a problem. Call Comcast. They had a problem that was fixed in two days. It was Comcast’s problem. Geek squad did everything correctly. Happy with their service.
