The two techs that mounted my television were so helpful and full of knowledge. Would definitely get there help again! Please be polite to them.

Mounted, installed TV & Sonos sound bar. Removed old TV & TV mount. Sorted some Sonos issues for us. Overall well done but small problem with the Sonos wall mount which were able to fix ourselves.

I purchased a wall mount at Best Buy based on the salesperson recommendation and arranged for installation. When the installers arrived, they quickly set to work and found the the mount I'd purchase would not work for my tv. They explained the situation, and fortunately, they had a mount on the truck that would be the correct size. The installers were knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient, and after they connected my television to the cable box, they tied the cables together and showed me which of the remotes I needed to use for the services on my TV. Thank you Nathan!

They did a great job and left everything cleaner than they found it. Ezra was very communicative before he came out and during the whole process to make sure I was satisfied. Patiently went through options and recommendations with me. They ran cabling in the wall and mounted the TV and soundbar. Recommended I run an extra HDMI in the wall while they were there for future use in case I wanted to hook something else up. Low and behold 2 weeks later I needed it and was sooo glad it was already there and easy peasy.

I was happy to pay the extra fee for set up, The Geek Squad delivered and set up my new TV. AWESOME job. The guys were courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions about the new set-up and were willing and patient to walk me through any "new" items.

Jarod Heintz was my installer! He was so fast getting my 75” TV mounted and he took the time to walk me thru the set up. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the product as well as explaining all the functions the TV offered. He listened intently to any conveniences I requested from my TV and he educated me on how to access them if I wanted to make any further changes! My TV’s technology was intimidating at first but he made it very easy for me! I would be stumbling around had Jarod not been here to make it such a pleasurable and educational experience! Installer would not do the install because the installation would not have been stable and safe. He cheerfully packed the TV and mount up and gave me full credit for the TV, the mount and installation cost. I will definetly patronize Best Buy again. Thanks
