They mounted my tv and connected it to the cable box and an old dvd/vcr player I have. They set up the tv and made sure everything worked. They showed me how the remote worked and set up my tv with my wifi too.

Great installation and answered all of our questions. They were courteous and on time.

Installation went very well and very happy with everything but we had a fire stick on the old TV that disappeared and when I called the person who installed it to find out where her put it I never received a call back. We would have liked it back for another TV!!!

The two gentlemen that came to install our TVs were just amazing. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product, They did some kind of magic with the cords that was amazing. I would recommend this installation crew to anyone.

Geek Squad Team did a great job installing my new TV and explaining things as they were going through the process. Also kept me informed of their arrival time and were very professional throughout the install.

I used the Geek Squad to mount my TV. They were professional, neat, knowledgeable and polite.

First of all I want to say that my installer was great and he got my TV up pretty quickly the day he came. The part that I didn't know when I paid for the mounting service was that Best Buy now outsources this service to 3rd party installers contracted through Best Buy. They're not actually "Geek Squad" people who come out to your house to do it anymore. Not that it really made a difference but it would have been good to know that up front before I started getting calls from people I didn't know trying to talk to me about my TV installation. At the end of the day the guy who did my install was great and he was very professional and courteous throughout the process.

The Geek Squad, especially Nathan were Exceptional. They were thorough, patient, and answered all my questions while mounting my new Sony TV.

The Installation crew began by asking to review my expectations for the service call. They listened and asked for added clarification as needed. After installing the new TV they reviewed operating systems.

The agents were very courteous and mounted the tv without difficulty. We have had problems with our Harmony remote and they are supposed to return to replace that device. It is just taking a bit longer than we hoped.

They were friendly and worked fast. They did an amazing job getting my other equipment mounted out of sight and walk us through all the features and set everything up

Geek squad came and installed my tv, they did a fabulous job with the installation and programming the tv. They went over everything with us. Would definitely recommend them.
