The Geek Squad Guys installed my new TV on my existing stand & connected it perfectly to all my devices. They did an efficient & excellent job!

The agents who mounted our new 65 in Samsung were outstanding. They set everything up as well as explaining the new TV. Would definitely recommend this service.

I already had a suitable mount installed by myself and internal wires upgraded to HDMI 2 (3) and Ethernet plus a USB for no good reason than I did not want to open the wall up again. I had no trouble removing my 55" Samsung but since I live alone I figured I should let the guys install my new 85" LG so I would not have to A) Get help and B) Induce pressure marks on the screen from mishandling. It was over in about 15 minutes... 12 minutes for unboxing and 3 minutes to hang the TV and set it up. (I use my TV as a Monitor and do not have Cable TV) The guys even mentioned they did not have to program WIFI since I had provided Ethernet to the TV. A pleasant if somewhat pricey install.

The 'Geeks' who came and mounted our TV were friendly and professional. They worked quickly and were careful to leave the area spotless. They carefully explained to us non tech savvy oldsters how to control the tv. We will use them again for all of our AV needs.

Mounted tv over fireplace, installed new mounting system. Connected to cable system. Professional and knowledgeable- would request him specifically again if and when needed

It was an easy hookup, but the guys were very helpful with using the tv, helped me find where my password for my google network device might be in its settings, etc. It felt like my neighbor came over to help me out.

The agents brought my TV in appropriate time frame. They were polite, courteous and were able to answer all questions. Set TV up and connected to streaming service. Extremely pleased.

The tech that mounted our tv did a great job; he did a fantastic job on the mount and was very knowledgeable about set up of the tv and he was able to answer all of our questions.

The agents mounted the tv very carefully and made sure everything was working properly and explained everything to us. Also asked if we had any questions. They cleaned everything up from the mounting of the wall mounts.

Pat was incredibly professional. He was on time, did the work effortlessly, and made sure I ( the customer) was happy before leaving. He also called a few days later to follow up which impressed me as that is not common anymore. Pat is the best.

I had a few issues with scheduling but the set up itself was done quickly, quietly and have had zero issues from the TV and peripherals
