the geek squad was very nice. Set up was quick for the wall mount and they got the tv all set up for us. Very professional.

The agents did a nice job installing the TV and the mount. Everything was connected well and they explained what we needed to do. It wasn’t the installers fault but we weren’t happy that no one told us ahead of time that we had to pay extra to have the TV installed over our fireplace.

Steve and his assistant were above and beyond. Knowledge, care, respectful and courteous. I wish all employees were of this caliber.

Geoff and associate first came out to consult with us regarding a new home theater setup. They gave great advice with suggestions that would work great for us while saving us money. Once we decided on our course of action and bought the equipment they came out and set it all up. Then spent the time explaining all the ins and out of operation. They did not leave until all our questions were answered. They were amazing from start to finish.
