The guys did a great job. Super professional. We wanted to tip them but they refused and informed us it was not allowed by Best Buy policy. They deserve some kind of bonus or recognition. Best install we’ve ever had.

The techs were on time and came fully prepared to perform my requested information...they also spent extra time ensuring that I knew how to utilize the entire system...I highly recommend their installation team!!!

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV. They taped the area the TV would hang, to make sure we were happy. Then verified everything was working with the devices attached to it. It looks great and I am grateful for their service.

Total tech support is worthy it people. You get TV installations and other benefits. You must have this service. You save a ton of money as well. The professional work that Geek Squad does makes it worth the additional purchase.

Geek squad did an excellent job wall mounting our 86 inch tv. They took the time to make sure the remotes were set up, NetFlix was set up and the volume was where we wanted it.

The agents hung the TV on the wall, neatly tied the wires with zip ties, connected my devices, updated the cable box, and neatly put all those wires into the wall mount brackets. So perfectly done.

had a tv and bluray w/ speaker system from best buy that I setup myself several years ago, for the past several years, could never get the audio lined up with dvd or bluray movies. When I upgraded another tv setup w/ best buy, I got offered the Geek Squad installation services, best money (and modest charge at that) I spent out of the whole purchase was having them come restore the connections on the older system, they found where a wire had broke on one of the speaker connections, and - tidy'd up the entire cable connections into a very respectable and more functional audio / video experience. So happy with the results, very pleased with Best Buy and Geek Squad. They sent two guys out and they were very polite, professional and expedient. Thumbs Up all the way!!!
