The agent arrived on time and mounted the TV as I wanted. He listened to me and answered all the questions I had, as well as demonstrating how to use it and showing me things I did not know about nor expect.

The agents mounted my TV and installed it quickly and connected to all my devices. I am so satisfied with their work specially with Pedro Matos, 10-star technician, who did the service. He deserves to be given lots of work!

The Geek Squad technicians had to dismount our old flat screen TV from its place on the TV stand and mount up the new one. All done without a hitch!

Installers were not Geek Squad because we needed a quick install at our office for a conference room/zoom meeting room. The installers came promptly, worked quickly, were pleasant, and did an excellent job.

The Geek squad guys were great.... in less than an hour they installed my 86 in tv to the wall and made sure it was perfectly centered to the wall and connected all the cable box and others to the tv. Amazing and clean job!!!
