I had an excellent experience with technician Andrew Buenaventura at the Stockton Best Buy. Andrew installed and mounted a 55 inch TV . He was on time for his appointment and able to answer all questions. However not so great with the in store clerk she sold me the wrong TV mount.

The installer got the old TV and mount off quickly and the new mount and TV installed in a jif! Also had it hooked up so surround sound worked and did all the set up on the TV for the remote. Great service

Both Geek Squad techs were courteous and did good job trouble shooting my existing system and to mounting new TV and determining how to work. They did not leave until I was satisfied and gave recommendations of equipment I needed to make TV work better.
