Agent showed up on time. He was very professional. He hung my new 75 in over fireplace. I was very impressed. Helped with setup and helped me with new remote. He was in and out in maybe 30 minutes

The TV installation went went well it was hung correctly

I purchased an LG 65” oled E8 from Best Buy and had them install it on the family room wall. Very courteous staff and installed patiently. Few hiccups in item arrival and delays as a result, but all went smoothly after item arrived.

First rate crew. Professional, knowledgeable and helpful in use of our new Samsung TV. Great guys.

It was a 3rd party that came out that works through best buy he did a great job on mounting my 48 inch c1 oled tv if you have total tech support get the premium instead of basic same price

I want to make this clear. The installation crew was great. The scheduling for the install was a nightmare. The night before installation we were given a time window of 2:00 to 4:00 pm. The morning of installation we were able to track the TV and the crew. ETA was 2:15. At 9:20am we received a text that our crew would be here at 9:50am. This was now a big problem for our morning schedule. The crew knocked at the door at 9:50am. They were embarrassed that they were there once they saw my information. Very stressful.

My geek squad install was done thoroughly and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with my install and the professionalism of the team that did my service. And the finish product was say past my expectations.

I would highly recommend the geek squad to install a tv. They were finished within 2 hrs of arriving at our home. They installed the power source, tv mount and mounted the tv. Also he made sure I was clear on the operations of the tv

My husband and I attempted to mount his new 65" television. Ran into some problems so he called Best Buy to have them install. The gentlemen that arrived were very professional knowledgeable and courteous. They installed the unit quickly.

They installed my 75 inch TV rather quickly. I know the price is a little higher but it’s worth it.

I wish I could give my Geek Squad install team 10 stars! They were polite, professional and super fast! I was surprised just how quick the TV was mounted. It took more time to get everything plugged in then to mount and level the TV.

They did great mounting and hooking everything up, vert fast and cleaned up when done.
