Well done. Difficult mounting high above a fireplace. Handled well by two qualified Geek Squaders. No issues, no damage, professional installation.

The Geek Squad arrived and within an hour and half had centered the 65” LG OLED tv on the wall. Had the tv working and had the area cleaned up. Thanks Geek Squad!

BB Tech Joe called ahead, arrived on time, did a super solo job on the 55” TV mount. Personable and efficient, he even helped us with some features of the set, a prior purchase at the BB store. Nothing but raves for this installation.

Tech was super nice. Texted and called before arrival. Followed all extra protocol for COVID standards and effieicntly and quickly finished my install!

The workers set everything. Demonstrated how to use the tv. Were excellent on attaching holder to our wall. No problems at all.

Geek Squad answered all my concerns and set up my TV super fast. They set up TV and adjusted it to the recommend settings. Would use again when I upgrade my TV.

The agents were prompt and personable and knew what they were doing. The quickly attached my new TV to tne new stand and then attched it to my direct tv and Roku.

These two guys came to my house, wore slippers so that they would not track in the house, did a fantastic job technically and were personable to boot. Everything they did was impeccable, including taking any extra trash with them. Totally worth it.

After installing our new tv in family room,they took our old tv and installed it on dresser and programed the remote,since it was different than the one we used before.

Installers updated me on their ETA, and arrived within the scheduled window. Installation was clean and took less than an hour to complete.

We purchased 4 QM7Kk TV for a short term rental. Giving our guest a better experience and would recomend other rentals to upgrade their TV also.

Excellent no rush service. The guys were polite and professional, and they left my living room how they found it—no mess for me to clean. Also, the follow-up call later in the day was a good touch.

The TV mounting gave the agents a little trouble. The outlet for the TV was set in the top middle back wall right where part of bracket would go, Took a little work, but they got it installed. Looks fine on my wall.

Arrived on time and mounted my new tv. Took time to make sure my internet connection was working with the tv and went over how to access/change features on tv.

This was my first interaction with the team mates from the Geek Squad. First impression was consummate professionals. From start to finish, what a pleasant experience the entire process was. Nothing was left for me to do. I was even going to vacuum but, they beet me to it. Old TV removed, new one hung, including sound bar, instructed me how to use, answered questions, programmed everything and made sure everything was hooked up and working. Highly recommend the Geek Squad.
