Agent Ben Barber showed up promptly. He efficiently and cleanly mounted and set up my purchase. He walked me through the use of the system and gave advice on possible future add-ons. I’m impressed by his work and the Geek Squad experience.

The agent that mounted the TV was very helpfull and made sure i under stood how it all worked.

nightmare trying to get this installation done. Set it up in Nov. on the day of purchase to be 12/17, they no showed, didn't call. On the phone trying to get scheduled, supposed to be next day. Nope, then I went to store ...manager got things in motion!!! Got a call and she said next available would be 01/08 and she'd give me a $50 gift card for the troubles, told her that was an insult, to keep her card, I'd have to cancel whole thing...then all of a sudden I was given a slot the next Fri. These guys showed up and did a good job, came from Buffalo (telephone installation co) I'm not happy with BB for this and buying a printer that doesn't work...wanted me to pay $100 to have a geek come to house to do better work than one over the phone. called Epson, then can't fix either. Guess I'm taking that back.

The installation of the mount was superior I was an audience to the procedure and I enjoyed their combined skill. Two Geek Squad members also brothers, worked with effortless simpatico.

Being a traditional cheapskate, I always try to DIY to save money. For what these guys charge and their expertise, I would recommend using them, because a big screen tv install is trickier than you think and it’s just not worth the hassle.

After trying for a weekend to get the tv straight. Called the geek squad to come out and fix it. So glad i did. They were in and in under two hours after mounting two 75 inch tvs. Courtesy friendly. Already have them doing more

Came in and quickly mounted the bracket to the wall and the TV to the bracket. Tested everything. Finished with a clean up and checked to see that we were satisfied. Great job.
