The tv was light and easy to put up on the wall. It is for our AirBnB it was easy to set up and so far worth the money

I believe an absolute MUST for a member of the Geek Squad to install & mount your TV & Sound. And Geek will give lesson on how to work devices & answer ?s. Priceless service for your investment.

The folks that came and installed my tv were in and out in 15 minutes! I am so pleased with the result!

The Geek Squad that we had were OUTSTANDING!!Aaron was truly knowledgeable, kind and explained everything he was doing getting it all set up for us. He was a great teacher!

Arrival time was kept up to date. Once here listened to our needs and fulfilled as best as possible. Very helpful. One glitch and call back immediately accursed and helped solve issue. Both Jeremy and Dave very professional.

The guys who mounted my TV were personable and tried to and tried to help I had just moved and I requested that all my devices be linked. All they had to do was mount the back part of the mount on the wall because the other part of the mount was still attached to the TV. It took them about 30 minutes and I was charged $200 and I am a Total Tech member. The previous TV was still under warranty and fortunately they saw the line in the TV and scheduled it for repair. When the gentleman came to mount the new TV. He was able to sync the devices in 15 minutes. He discovered that these two old ladies were using the wrong password. Mind you, I was charged $80. Why? I thought they provided total tech members with technical support. They solved the simple password problem and we were good to go. Really! Eighty dollars? So many things occurred on my total tech membership. I just bought a new laptop in September and have yet to receive the case I purchased but was not in stock. I used to love Geek Squad but I was never charged an arm and a leg for services and they yet we know longer her good service. I understand the associates are not to blame, corporate it. They changed total Tech much to the dismay of it customers because it simply did not matter what they thought. Corporations must make all the money and I must pay for them. I am so utterly disappointed!

Brandon and Tre were very professional and provided excellent customer service when mounting my TVs.

They did a great job on hanging the tv. It was on an outside wall and was a little tricky but they did a great job.

The agents notified me half hour before they arrived. They very courteous and did an excellent job mounting the TV and installing the in wall mounting kit. NO WIRES! and NO MESS. Would definitely recommend them.

The agents were on time and very knowledgeable on mounting the large T.V. Plesant and explained everything to us before leaving. Clean ,respectful and perfomed the. mounting in little time !

Excellent service went above and beyond what was expected

The delivery went smoothly. The techs kept me updated when they would arrive. They were very knowledgeable and courteous.

Job well done. Brought the 75” TV home , installed it neatly, powered it on, demonstrated the various connection options. Connected Receiver and Roku and made sure everything worked. Took the box and left with no mess install.

It was fantastic to have Best Buy deliver and install the TV for me, especially when it would be difficult to load, carry, and install alone.

I haven’t mount my tv yet but I used geek squad for 3 more TVs in our house and their service is excellent. Thank you!
