The gentleman were nice but should have told at the beginning of mounting or appointment that when putting TV in flat position against wall, it will not be in the middle. It is only in the middle when you pull it away from the wall.

Definitely worth the money second time I have used this service. I can do the install myself but never have enough time to complete the job. They are in and out in no time and always make sure you are completely satisfied.

The crew showed up on time got the 85 inch Sony installed perfectly. Hauled away the other TV. Very please.

The Geek Squad called & reminded me & confirmed my appointment; he arrived at agreed upon time, even though Chicago had very heavy snowfall that morning & the day before! I was shoveling a pathway for the guy, upon his arrival; he took over shoveling a pathway for himself! That’s going ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty! He brought the tv inside; sat it down; & took the old tv from the wall. He then had to remove that old mounting before he could install the new mounting. He worked diligently & in a minute of time Great & sturdy mounting. He took my old tv with him! I’m crazy about the work of the Geek Squad!!!

We received a call canceling the installation on the date of install. A few hours later the installers showed up anyway with our 65” tv laying on its side in a Honda Accord. Installation went okay, but the lead installer asked if we would dispose of the box. We declined, since that should be included with the installation service. Tipped anyway.

The Geek Squad reps were fast and efficient. They took the time after installation to show us how to operate all devices and were patient in answering our questions

The installer was great and offered all the options on the TV mount. He was very patient in explaining how to work the TV and set it up for us.

I've mounted a few TV's in my day and while it's very doable, having the Total Tech membership is such a nice luxury when it comes to reaching out to Geek Squad for help, especially when it comes to something like mounting a 75" plasma TV. I didn't have to go through the hassle of calling up a buddy to lend a hand and all that goes into mounting it. I just called up Geek Squad, paid them $50 and 2 guys came out and popped the TV on the wall within an hour. One of them was named Thor as well so that was just a bonus. If you need this service done, for the price they can't be beat. Super professional and extremely efficient. Highly Recommended.

Installation of my TV went smoothly and quickly. My old TV was moved upstairs. My old TV was scheduled for removal. All went smoothly.

Professional staff efficiently removed and set up my new tv. I forget their name but they did a good job.

I previously reviewed the process for scheduling delivery and installation of 2 LG TVs purchased in early December 2020 one of which was a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the gift was delivered two weeks later than originally desired and I just picked up the smaller (50") TV and mounted it myself. The scheduling and delivery aspect was a miserable and poorly managed process. In contrast the installation was well done in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. The Geek Squad Technicians were courteous, programmed and connected the unit to the other components ( 4K LG Disc Player and sound bar) and moved the old TV. The units themselves seem to be high quality and a good value. Just don't trust Best Buy's initial online scheduling and start the process much earlier than you think you should need to given their limited number of delivery/install slots and archaic scheduling system.

The mount is perfect and align with the wall and has multiple oppurtunity to position the Tv

The wall mount tv bracket I ordered was perfect! My tv is mounted on bracket safely.

The two Geek Squad men were very nice. They made sure the TV was set up for me. They put the TV on the bracket and made sure it was secure. They cleaned up after themselves. Called me back promptly when I had a question

Chris and Jason were amazing! They hung our 77” smart 4K TV perfectly and quickly. Chris made sure I was WiFi connected and showed me how to access all my apps.
