The team was great - one time, precise placement of holdups and TV. Clean-up was perfect. Clear instructions and all questions were answered. Very courteous.

They did an excellent job of setting up the new TV so that it functioned even better than my old TV, but I was still able to find all of my Sources - Netflix, Amazon Prime, Blue-Ray. I would always use the Geeks for the technical stuff.

I found out how good the installation was is when we moved from the house where the TV was installed. Could not get the bracket down it was so secured to the wall. Well worth the money.

First mount sold by store would not allow the tv to set upright. Never told about a better mount. After poor review the Geek squad remounted the tv using this mount. It is wonderful.

We purchased a new TV for a bedroom and decided to have Total Tech come out and mount the TV on the wall. They said everything up hit the Warriors zip tied the wires and took care of this much faster than we would have. I would recommend this service to anyone

They quickly removed an old (90 lb) TV, replaced the mounts and installed the new TV and then even set up the remote. No mess, just quickly and easily got things switched over. Very nice.

After some miscommunication on my part the installers arrived at the end of the day instead of scheduled morning time. Bu t hey completed the job rather than reschedule. Appreciated that.

Mounting was solid but a few inches off my desired location. Clean up was great! Tie wrap of cords and connections was excellent. Connecting to xfinity was not completed., had to have xfinity come out for $100 to complete setup.
