I would tell anyone if they need service and help to call and get the Geek Squad to come over and get things set up right and running. I would not do it myself. I do not have the knowledge to do so.

The guys came as scheduled. They were polite, knowledgeable and were done in about an hour. We mounted to an existing stand .

This is an excellent television Mount While far from the least expensive, it works perfectly for a corner Mount and has no problem installing on a wall with metal studs

The 2 geek squad techs (James and Joe) were very knowledgeable, professional; careful how they handled my house and furniture, and did the installation quickly. They made sure everything was explained on using the new TV as well andr worked with the TV ( cable box, wifi, etc.). would highly recommend them.
