The entire purchase to set-up,was exceptional. My sales rep, Casey Hicks, provided superior customer service. He listened to what I wanted, then made recommendations. I ended up with an awesome mounted tv, sound bar, DVD player, and they set up everything with my cable box. The Geek Squad was Nick & Dallas. I just need to hit one button to get it going. I love, love, love it! Casey, Nick & Dallas are examples of how to treat a customer.

The Geek Squad TECT was very professional and polite. Once he installed my TV he walked me through setting up different Apps and devices on my TV.

The team that came by to install my TV was absolutely fantastic. They made sure to check in with me about placement, used to tape so I could visualize where my Tv would be, and made sure everything was level. I 10/10 would reccomend their services!

My technician mounted my TV and sound bar, and also set up my sound bar. He did a wonderful job! The sound bar mounting also somehow didn't make onto the service and he did it, and called and added it on for me no problem! Made it all so easy! Maybe the most incredible delivery service I’ve experienced. The TV initially delivered was too small, the team found the perfect size went to pick it up and delivered it. Set everything up. I cannot recommend the total tech service enough. So glad to have it gives me peace of mind with all my electronics.

The technicians did a remarkable job from start to finish of the mounting and setup of our new tv. The came in and did an assessment of the area because we wanted it above the fireplace if possible. They offered a recommendation to place it on the adjoining wall and why. Very informative to help us make a better choice.

The installers were awesome and I could not be any happier with the work they did. I’m so happy I didn’t try to do this on my own. This is the second tv I’ve had installed by the geek squad and both of these experiences is why I will keep coming back to Best Buy.

The Geek Squad did a great job of installing our new 65" class TV on a beautiful rock wall. The very uneven surface did not deter them at all. Their positive attitude was a pleasure to hear. I would recommend them to anyone with a difficult installation.

Geek Squad hung my TV in a vacation home and sent me photos to confirm (I had a property manager on site). They initially thought there was a fire block in the wall preventing them from concealing the cables and so did not install the in wall power kit. But, after I confirmed with the builder no fire block was present, they came back out and completed the cord concealing in the wall at no extra charge. They did a great job. Easy to schedule and communicate with.

Geek squad came twice due to first tv arrived broken. Second set of guys were AMAZING! Gave a tutorial and excellent advice on how to get optimal sound from our Sony soundbar as well. These guys rocked!

I had a tv mounted with sound bar install as well. It was more involved than a regular “find studs and put mount on the wall”. Jordan showed up within the window he was supposed to, was great at communicating and did a great job with the installation. Completely satisfied

The installers came in and did a terrific job. Very satisfied. I was a bit worried because of the size and the weight of my 82" Samsung Q90R tv, I didn't think that the installers would be able to handle it, but they did , and with wonderful results.

Our New Sony TV along with an existing curve TV was mounted and connected flawlessly. Customer experience with these guys was impeccable.
