The agents mounted my tv on the wall in my bedroom. The agents were very professional and very knowledgeable.

Hats off to the Geeks. They delivered my brand new LG 77” TV, removed the old curved 76” TV from the wall, installed a new wall mount and hung the TV. Additionally, they re-connect my entire system and, without my asking, reprogrammed my universal remote, and made it more “universal” in the process. Outstanding service from folks who really know their business and how to make for very satisfied customers.

The installation was done very fast by two knowledgable efficient guys. They explained everything and made sure we were able to use the new features before they left. It was well worth the money we paid to have it done.

We thought we would have needed Geek Squad to come over and mount the television. The set up is really easy and it will take you at most 10 minutes to screw on be backs to the television and mount the TV to the wall. I recommend anyone going to Best Buy definitely pick one up.

The agents that came to install my TV were very professional. They answered some questions I had concerning how they were going to mount the TV on the wall. My husband and I are happy with the outcome.

The installation was for a 85" led TV. A team of three came out and took down an old 65" and mounted the 85" in the same place. Installation was fast and was done about an hour. However, right before they left the TV developed a flaw in the panel. They had to order a new replacement and then came back out to install again. The team took care of unboxing, mounting, clean up and setup the new TV. All was done quickly and professionally.

The agents made me the first stop of the morning, they were respectful of my space, gave me options on how I wanted things done. And did the job quick and cleaned up after themselves. Great job!!!

The guys were really great!!! After they mounted the TV they got it set up so fast. It would have taken me all day to go through all the prompts. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.

It does the job. Its holding the tv just fine. Geek squad did a wonderful job putting the tv up on the wall. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to mount a tv on the wall.

When Geek Squad showed up, was immediately told that the TV mount might be the wrong mount for the TV. I then explained that the TV mount was purchased through Best Buy service support. After the TV was mounted the 84' TV top tilted top forward. Was told that is how the mount is designed. Then I wen to the directions and had to inform the installer that there additional pieces needed to lock the TV mount, so it wouldn't tilt forward. After that the installer mentioned that most places would charge an additional $100 do unmount and remount the TV, and it wasn't my fault that they had to unmount the TV.

the agents were courteous and did a great job on our installation! They were very patient with us being senior citizens.

Rich and his Teammate did a great job and installed my 75 inch Sony in less than an hour. They educated me on the use of the control and took the time to answer my questions.

The team delivered my TV unboxed it hung my mount exactly where it needed to be, they got it all set up on the NET then hung the TV. SUPER PAINLESS. Will do it everytime from this point on.
