The Geek Squad is by far the most professional, knowledgable, and customer-oriented group of technicians we have encountered. They arrived on time, promptly removed our old TV, mounted our new TV, and connected it to our existing sound system. They oriented us to the new operation, explained how it worked with our other systems, and answered all of our questions.
