Received my TV 15 days late as the first time around the technician was a no show. This was a pure inconvenience as it resulted in multiple back and forth and considerable delays because Best Buy/Geek Squad failed to effectively manage their team. Do not accept service via their third party team. That being said, the guys did a great job installing my TV and the store owner made it right and refunded the install.

Installer were very professional and explained additional charges. They cleaned up after the installation and hauled away the old tv and packing material. Highly recommended.

Jimmie Lee and his partner are the best! They have been to my homes twice here recently and both times gave timely excellent customer service and had good knowledge of the product. I would love to have him and his partner every time I use the Geek Squad. Had good ideas on exactly where to hang tv and it works exactly as they said. To sum it up great job every time!!!

While mounting my 85" TV the team noticed that the mount I purchased in advance was more complicated and expensive than necessary. They had a more appropriate mount with them which I was able to purchase and they could use right away. Super clean mounting job, they found the appropriate wood studs and levelled everything. Very happy with the final job.

Two different teams in one day to hang three TVs. Both sets of ppl were professional and courteous. They were as knowledgable as needed and ensured our smart TVs were connected properly.

The two guys that came to my house were very friendly, quick, and respectful. They kept me informed through the process without telling me too much information.
