I am glad that I purchased the professional installation package. The installation date was quickly scheduled. The gentleman who came knew what he was doing and cared about what I wanted, etc.. Nice job!!!

I love this. I can pull the tv towards me and turn it right or left. I can also tip it down. I put it in my art studio so I can upload images.

THEY CAME OMN TIME , AND MOUNTED ON TIME AS PROMISED.

The tech team wall mounted my 65 inch TV and connected all my devices. Everything worked beautifully. The guys were very nice and certainly knew what they were doing.

The technician was accompanied by a trainee, so the process was longer than usual. The installation was fine but time pressure limited the amount of questions. The technician was very good as was the installation.

As requested they did a great job. Took an older tv down moved the existing one to the room where the old one was and installed the new one in the family room

The agents were very nice and they installed my TV quickly! They even had cute shoes on to keep from tracking dirt on my floor (it was raining). I am well pleased and would hire them again!

The agent mounted two tvs and found he had the wrong mount for the third. He picked up the right mount and returned to mount the third on time as promissed

Super polite and helpful. They even wore shoe covers to come into the house. Mounted the TV exactly as I had asked. Helpful in showing us how to program it also.

I amost installed my new tv myself, but I'm glad I didn't. The geek squad called before coming out to confirm their time and they were professional. The paired all the remotes and set up the tv.
