Crew did an excellent job. Even though the wrong bracket was initialed ordered by best buy.

My tv was professionally mounted on this bracket. It looked easy to install and took very little time. I love that I can sit in various places and tilt the screen so I can see it. It’s perfect for what I need.

Geek Squad was great in installing the TV. They made sure it was level and talked us through everything, like how high to mount it, how the mount works, how we want to do cables. No complaints.

Terrible customer service. I purchased security cameras for home with installation. The first time someone came out to install the cameras they were from a third party vendor. Why??? I have total tech. The next time they came out to install they didn't have the proper equipment. Friday I got a email canceling my install. To date nothing has been installed. I'm returning the cameras a closing my account. This is the way you treat customers that been with you for over 20 years?

The Best Buy installer(Rob Collins)mounted TV and Sound Bar. He was knowledgeable and polite.

The two nice young men took are of instillation and all worked out well with them being on time and most respectful in my home not to damage my new LG TV.
