Sam went above and beyond when a mix up with our order happened. We weren't going to get our tvs, let alone have them installed on our scheduled day - which we had scheduled about 2 weeks previously. Sam was getting off work when he learned of our situation. He got our tvs, delivered and installed them - again when he was supposed to be going home for the day, on a Saturday, no less. Friendly, efficient, cleaned work areas from wall mount dust. Excellent customer service.

My tv was mounted on the wall. The technicians were wonderful! They showed me all about the tv. Very courteous and on time.

The Geek Squad Mounted our TV over our fireplace without any cables or wires showing. They connected our receiver and additional electronic devices--all within a short amount of time and with expertise.

Crew was on time! Called before hand which was great after being out late the night before. Came in and did their thing quicker then I expected. They made sure they cleaned up and explained my new tv.

Agent did a good job mounting TV on previously Best Buy installed wall mount however subsequent to mounting new TV connecting cables to back of TV are now exposed and unsightly

Overall, very impressed with the set up and mounting of my new TV. The people who came out knew their stuff and were respectful and very pleasant. They were excellent. The only negative was the sound bar mount. Unfortunately, the mount I ordered was not available at the time of set up. I would have thought that with an appointment all the inventory would be available. Since I didn't want to have them come out again, I purchased a mount they had in their vehicle, which was more expensive than my original order.

These guys were professional and very careful. They answered all my questions and help me understand the benefits of my new 65 in tv. These guys - Geek Squad - are the pros. They will do it right the 1st time.

I was not confident in my ability to hang the Samsung Frame TV and was really pleased with the Geek Squad install. So professional and great work.

Great customer service. Perfect installation! Very helpful with installing apps on my TV and explaining how to use the remote control etc.

Happy with most of the fittings etc. but I complained to the geek squad about the poor quality of night pictures you could not see the facial expressions on peoples faces I was told it could not be improved, yet over the next few days I improved the quality by altering the black settings
