Best help ever I couldn’t do it by myself thanks to geek squad

The Geek Squad representative (Antonio) was amazing. He communicated with us from the day before his arrival, throughout the installation and even left his number in case we ran into additional problems. He was also great in educating us on how to better understand navigating through the remote control and different channel options. Antonio is a very pleasant young man and very patient. We are very happy with all that he did.

The installation on the new TV was good but we still can’t get Acorn on our new TV. Wewe are still having problems with the TV we moved into another room.

A representative from Best Buy's Geek Squad arrived during the window scheduled and installed my new TV on thexwall mount.

The techs showed up on time an$ in 45mins my tv was mounted to the wall. It was so fast it made me think that I could have done it myself. Techs asked me how high I actually wanted the tv mounted.

The geek squad did an excellent of delivery, deinstalling the old tv, installing the new tv and demonstrating how to navigate and use the new system

The only way to have anything mounted is to have these professionals mount it. Super fast and clean

The wall mount was part of an overall over haul of my entertainment system. The Geek Squad folks did a great job mounting the TV on the wall. Would definitely use them again.

This mount fits my 55 inch samsung tv beautifully and it adjusts and everything. Also me am not bot so me advise good.

We had 2 guys over on Christmas Eve to install 2 wall mounting for our TV’s and a surround sound. They were both experts and did an outstanding job!! Also very personable and friendly.

2 guys came to install our TV above the fireplace; I thought about doing it myself but instead put it in their hands. I was also protected if anything were to happen day of or if the TV had troubles in the future.

This is a nice system, and the technicians who came were really friendly and considerate - cleaned up after themselves. My only negative is it doesn't obviate cables showing down near the floor, just from the TV to the floor. I misunderstood and instead should have had an electrician mount a box where I wanted this to land

The agents did an awesome job mounting my tv above my fireplace! Very professional!

The agents mounted my TV quickly and even mounted my Roku on the back of the TV to hide all the wires. After they were done, they cleaned up after themselves, Excellent service!
