It took over 35 phone calls and emails just to get my credit card receipt; never showed up the first appointment time as they "rescheduled" me without telling me; missed the next one too. Third time they showed up. The guys who showed up and did the work were great and did a wonderful job, so that brought the average up to 3 stars. But the back office, scheduling, phone centers, local store, mishandling of my monies, etc., and nobody getting back to me (even to this day) nor owning up to the issues, it would otherwise be zero stars. so they get the job done, but beware of the horrible, horrible service before then.

Best Buy had a third party former employee install my TVs. He did a great job installing, setting up the TVs, and showing me the different features. He seemed pretty knowledgeable and didn’t rush the installation process. Best Buy has a solid team of tv installing crews.

The agents mounted my tv and recommended the necessary products before coming out. However, execution could have been a bit less convaluted looking. Agents were professional and answered all my questions.

The service was great - I was notified when the individual was on the way to my home and they arrived within the expected time frame. The work was completed quickly, requesting my input as needed. I would use the Geek Squad again.

The two men who came to my house to mount my TV and install my soundbar were on time, courteous, efficient, and they listened to my needs - so overall great, professional service. I would recommend using Geek Squad!

I had engaged geek squad to install a 4K TV on the wall in our family room. The tech was on time, knowledgeable, did a great job, and provided helpful hints using the mount and working around it's quirks.

I purchased in home TV installation. On the day of my install I received a phone call that they will be arriving in 25 min to install my television. The two geek squad individuals arrived on time to my place of residence. A big thing for me is that they both wore shoe covers. I definitely appreciated that. They asked questions about my tv mount needs and requirements. After we select the right height the work began. After they installed the mount and placed the tv they briefly reviewed with me how to use the television. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They even had the option to purchase a surge protector while since I did not have one. It was an easy transaction. The entire install was about 35 min.

After replacing the first new Samsung that was malfunctioning, the replacement 55 inch mounted Samsung works well and has a great picture

Crew was very knowledgeable and customer focused. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because their phone support specific to scheduling/rescheduling was abysmal to say the least. But the installation crew was awesome!

This team was amazing! They came in with masks on, very professional, and answered all questions I had. Also a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend them again!!!
