Bought this to put a tv in the family room, took my husband and his friend less than 15 minutes to install.

I probably could have done the install myself. But, it was much more relaxing to just watch. The technicians we’re right on time and did a good job hanging the 65 inch tv above the fireplace.

Highly recommend for any TV larger than 55”. Watching two guys who mount these everyday was so much better than trying myself

The guys that set up our TV, sound and games were incredible. Very polite and professional. They were on time, neat and cleaned up everything. They were excellent going over everything and easy to understand.

Was expecting "Geek Squad". Instead, TV was installed by an outsourced 3rd party. They should up at the house with my new TV in the bed of their truck. Fortunately, there were no issues with the TV but was expecting something more professional. They were nice guys who did a good job. I had provided new 4K HDMI 2.1 cables. Only AFTER they completed the install did they tell me that they couldn't get one of the cables through the in-wall cable management tube. They setup my AppleTV device behind the TV just sitting on the mount. So far it's working fine but would have been nice if they had consulted me prior to making their own decision. The tube in the wall is 2 inches so there should not have been a problem with 2 HDMI cables. They were NOT equiped to handle this job. They could have easily fished the cables through but did not have the proper tools. Should not have cost me $250 for this job.

These guys are good , neat and very professional. In the future if their is a electronic job that has to be done I’m calling the Geek Squad. They did a fantastic job .

The Geek Squad came and installed it...within 30 minutes my T.V. was mounted securely on the wall and has been. It worked so great I am going to have it done in every room.

The Geek squad team mounted 4 TVs, set up all audio and connections, configured each TV and the remotes, explained everything and were very courteous and professional. EXCELLENT !!

Agents were quick and professional. Left no mess and we're even helpful with recommendations on the best place to mount the tv.
