My experience with the geek squad for the first time was as expected and then-some! They came prepared and also had a mount for me for a second TV I decided to get mounted in my newly built apartment! The tech was very nice and accommodating. I even had an issue to where I noticed my soundbar was crooked and reached out to the Tech and he came back in-between appointment times to make it right!
