Crew did a great job, very professional, very clean

The 2-person Geek Squad were exceptional in knowledge. The set up of TV and speakers has produced the best sight and sound I have ever experienced. However, what this crew may feel is intuitive is not to this 78-year old consumer. I was left with a single sheet guide to the TV remote. That's it. No "product handbook' for either the LG OLED TV or the LG soundbar system.

The days of moving a TV by myself to another room are over! The Geek Squad is a GREAT resource and they do a great job. They put the TV where I wanted it, which involved taking it off one wall, removing the mounting bracket and mounting it on another wall in another room. Because there are limitations, i.e., wall studs, etc., they politely explained to me why it "couldn't go 2 inches over" LOL! And because I couldn't move the TV furniture before they got there (a long console which housed the electronics and which I didn't want to disturb before their arrival), they were kind enough to even move the console from one room to another - which they really didn't have to do! Super happy with the service.

The Best Buy guys that came out were GREAT! They were knowledgeable, fast & on time. They even took the trash with them. Highly recommend!!!

The Geek Squad tech support and installation team is amazing! Quite possibly the best purchase I made aside from the OLED tv itself. The Geek Squad came to my residence to mount and set up my OLED for me so that it was ready to immediate watching, and if I ever move they will come remove my mounted tv, transport it, and remount/set up my OLED for free!! Amazing perks to this well worth it additional service.
