I can't so how excellent of service that I got from Geek Squad technician Thomas. He and his partner went above and beyond of what was expected to get the job done.

The service was very quick and professional in this instance. The two techs that came for this installation were exceptional.

I have always loved Sony products, since I can remember, the quality of this TV is insane, Sony is the bomb, just upgraded to this 85" X85K, from a Kdl-60ex645 Sony Bravia that was 10 years old, and never had an issue with it, just wanted an upgrade, I have it hooked up to a strong Denon AVR, with decent speakers, and now have an IMAX Theatre in my living room ! The 4K content will blow you away, Buy this TV, you will not be dissapointed !

Setup was seamless! So professional and quick, they knew exactly what they were doing and fixed our previous setup, so wires were out of the way.

The 2 geek squad members were efficient and got the tv hung as requested.

The agent installed the tilting TV mount very quickly and insured the area was completely cleaned to its original condition. The installation the next day after purchase.
