The tech who came to install my new television came on time and got right to work! She kept me informed about what she was doing all through the installation process! Work was done professionally. Tech made sure installation was done neatly and cleaned up after the installation. The technician explained how to program the system and didn’t leave until she was satisfied with everything!

The technician was very pleasant and mounted our set on the wall quickly and professionally. Connections all went seamlessly.

There was some confusion about my ceiling speakers , they thought i was gonna for sure replace them when that was not exactly the plan .. it was only of needed / ones I had didn’t work well . The delivery men disconnected the old TV & moved it to garage. After installing the new one, I was asked if we needed anything else at that time.

geek squad mounted my tv in my bedroom quick and easy price is too expensive though better to find a local contractor for lower rate

The setup team and delivery squad were friendly and fast. They made clear what to expect and left my home tidy. They arrived on schedule and communicated to let me know when to expect them. I would have liked for the soundbar to be included in the setup along with the TV, but hopefully, it will be simple enough that I will be glad I saved myself the fee.
