We got the LG OLED tv at Best Buy and got the service to have it mounted in our room. The staff who did the install did an excellent job. I got a reminder the day prior, a text when they were on their way. The did the install very fast, made sure everything was working and we know how to do the settings and use the remote, took away all the boxes and left the area clean. Well done!

Terrific Geek Squad team professionally set up my TV

The key thing here is that I have the annual TotalTech membership. That member ship costs up to $199 per year. This installation package itself costs $200, so if it basically pays for the membership. Delivery and install was truly great. Geek Squad assembled by mount (which I actually did not get from Best Buy), mounted it to the wall in studs, mounted the TV, and ran all the tests and checks on the TV. They were in and out in just under an hour. This was WAY worth the price of my TotalTech membership.

The 3 gentlemen were great. Did a wonderful job. Went out of their way to answer all our questions and gave us a lot of helpful advice.
