The employees came, discussed the plan of action, answered questions I had (including comparison of my purchase to other devices), were extremely quick, friendly, and clean.

If you're a busy person, it's completely worth it to have Best Buy come and install your wall mounted TV for you. The service was quick and our TV is beautiful perched on the wall.

Being up in age without anyone to help mount my new TV, the service provided was a welcome relief. Also, the staff provide education on the use of the remote as it related to smart TV.

The agents delivered and installed my TV along with a sound bar. They were quick and efficient. The quality of this TV is amazing. It's like going to the movies. I wish I had bought one sooner but I decided to make it a birthday present for my husband and he loves it. We love it!!

They really installed my TV quick and fast. They just didn't take up the trash from the TV and installation, not sure because of the COVID but they did great.

Erick and the second tech that accompanied him, did an outstanding job. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The setup and installation of my TV, Soundbar and Amazon Echo went seamlessly. They explain step by step what they were doing and thoroughly addressed any questions or concerns that I may of had. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from them.

Generally agents have been very helpful and easy to deal with. Work seems to be satisfactory. No serious issues; could. Especially more helpful in customer dealings; not always thinking of customer perceptions.

They were great! Hung my 65 inch Insignia tv in LR. Only took 45 minutes they were in and out cleaned up their mess answered my questions. Happy camper!

They were not only SUPER respectful and efficient but they were able to service us even though we had issues with the initial order. They went out of their way to service us FIRST on the day we rescheduled but remembered parts of our previous conversation the first time. Setup came not only on time but ahead of schedule when my father came back from surgery to enjoy the TV.
