The guys came with the TV and mounted. They did a great job

The agents mounted my TV and connected to the speakers.

Theybdid a gr3at job. Communication was great, they mounted the tv when i wasnt home (gad it marked out amd someone else watching the home). They threw away my tv box which was well intended but i was actually trying to save, but i appreciate the thought.

Best Is an understatement these guys were great. Like watching doctors work.

I got great communication with the app to let me know when the technicians would arrive. Then Bradley called to let me know they could come early, YIPPY SKIPPY! They were professional. skilled at mounting my tv, taught me how to work the tv remote. Such kind and professional people.

On time and did a great job!! Cleaned up and made sure everything worked before they left!!

The 2 Geek Squad employees were on time, they were very professional and easy to talk to. They answered our questions and helped us with a few things relating to our new tv purchase. The installation went smooth. Geek Squad is awesome!!

Had GeekSquad come and take my tv down and remount it in a different location in my house. It is a 85” TV. Whoever did the install (I was not here, my wife was) either missed the stud, or over tightened the bolts. My drywall wall started to cave in. I contacted bestbuy and the soonest they would come and take the TV down was 3 weeks later and by then the TV would have likely hit the floor. I asked if there was anything sooner as I’ve had children in my house as well as pets. The answer was no. I then had to contact someone else to help get the TV down. We started the insurance claim and was told I would hear from them within 72 hours. No phone call, no email, nothing. I then reached back out to them stated they let them know and to look for an email, and the email never came. I was then told that I would need to front the bill to have the wall fixed and then send the bill to their insurance. Again, I find that unacceptable as I should not be responsible for their mistake.here I am almost 5 weeks later and still no communication.

The agents were fantastic! Set up quickly and were so nice. The color on my Sony Bravia are brilliant and I love it❤️. Had trouble w sound but they fixed that right away.

Very knowledgeable, helpful completing a perfect job installing a 77” tv on existing wall mount. Keyed into my internet & programmed everything & connected soundbar. All after removing the old tv. Couldn’t be more pleased with there service!

Team came in and installed new 75 inch tv. They wave hooked it up to existing sound bar and made sure product was set up with all sdmi prior to leaving. Clean set up

I want to give a shout out to Clint and Skylar, Geek Squad installers for the awesome job they did installing the tv mount and tv. They put the 82 inch tv on the wall in the exact spot that I wanted. Very knowledgeable and professional technicians. Definitely will use them again and recommend they to my friends.

When we finally got an installer here after 3 scheduling attempts they were excellent.
