I had recently purchased another Sony Bravia 75" Geek Squad mounted that tv along with others as we moved The sales experience, and geek squad services provided was outstanding. They also help calibrate and reconnect my sonos soundbars again. Worth every penny. Would not have the TV's mounted correctly, tight wiring etc...and soundbar reset with an outside vendor.

Over all the experience was good. The techs were nice and courteous. They were also early which was great. However, after I moved my dresser back up against the wall I noticed that the tv was a bit crooked. There is about an inch difference from the left side and right side. I haven’t figured out how I can fix this yet. It also leans forward. It is a tilt mount but it leans even before you move it. When I push it back it “falls”forward about a half an inch or so. This could be the mount. I’m not sure. The other tv that was mounted is on a swivel mount which I love.

Agents mounted my TV quickly. They were rushing through because they had a busy day and had to come back to plug my devices back into my TV. They also wouldn’t hide my cables in my drywall when I was told that was part of my service.

They came on time hung both my TV’s no problems, put them where I wanted them. The men were friendly, polite and professional. WORTH EVERY PENNY
