The Geek Squad crew was great! They were very efficient and did a good job.

TV mounting was quick and done very well. The tech was super nice and explained everything to us before beginning as they were mounting the tv on a brick wall. The only thing I will say is we did not know there was an extra cost for mounting on a brick wall. So definitely make sure to always ask.

Highly recommended at Best Buy, made decision to purchase the upgraded mount. A great choice!! Is ideal once installed at the house and allows room to size up with next TV.

We had our TV mounted above our fireplace. We also have cement walls in our condo so that was also tricky. This mount has 6 screws to hold it vs the standard two screws. This mount pulls out and angles beautifully so it can be seen from many angles. This mount is only $50 more and the peace of mind is well worth it.

The two gentlemen install our 75” flat screen with mount were very professional and assist with the complete setup. Well worth the extra expenses!

We had the Geek Squad in to set up our entire house with TV’s, sound, and wifi. They did a superb job of getting everything installed, looking good, and expertly explained.

The young man who came and mounted my tv was very nice and did the job quickly. I wish he was sent with help though. My tv was a bit too large for him to mount alone, and he needed my help.
