Peter and his helper (I’m sorry, I forget his name) were Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help us resolve an issue that we had with the previous television installed (bad screen) and get the new television set up and explain to us some of the differences in the technology we purchased d vs some of the other available TVs. Overall, we would gladly choose this service again and work with Pete, or other Best Buy technicians. Overall the experience was very good, damaged first tc included.

I ordered the Geek Squad, you know, the ones that work directly for Best Buy and drive vans around that have a huge Geek Squad logo on them, usually driven by tech that have been trained by Best Buy to represent their brand, but to also be sure customers are being serviced by people who know what they are doing and have been vetted by Best Buy. Instead, what I got was two guys that showed up in a pickup truck, walked up with a 40" cheap TV in their hands thinking it was mine. No Geek Squad truck and certainly not Best Buy employees, I think the guys who came to install the 86" TV I already had where hired by Best Buy from Angi's List or one of those other handy man websites. The guys were very nice and professional, however they didn't have a ladder which they needed and they could only mount the TV. The problem was, I ordered other services to hide the cords and to install an electrical outlet behind the television, they were unable to install either and ultimately, my TV was mounted crooked too. Don't get tricked into thinking you're hiring Best Buy employees trained to do the work and I spent over $600.00 dollars hiring them. I could have found someone to help me if all I wanted was to hand a TV. Super disappointed and hope this review warned you of what to expect if you think you're paying for the services of trained Geek Squad techs, shame on you Best Buy.

The agent was polite, thorough, and knowledgeable, from putting the "shower caps" over his shoes, to mounting the new TV on the wall, to answering my questions and finally seeing a clear picture on the TV, he was fantastic! Thank you so much!!

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of delivering & mounting our new Samsung TV… They went the extra mile when showing us how to operate our new TV!

The Geek Squad did do a very good job installing my TV when they showed up. The first appointment I had, they just blew me off with NO call No show. I rescheduled for Three days later, they showed up on time and did a very good job.

Wish I could remember his name, Francisco or Fernando mounted my TV in an amazingly professional manner all by himself. He knew what he was doing and had it done in a matter of minutes including taking the TV out of the box, mounting the bracket, attaching the TV to the bracket, bundling the wiring so that it was barely noticeable and cleaning up after himself. I swear it seemed like 5 minutes. Centered properly and he set up my TV so it was ready to go including my sound system, blu-ray player and Apple TV. I couldn't have been happier with this professional job and the courtesy of your Geek Squad technician. I was impressed.
