The tech was very helpful in getting the TV set up after initially having no success in getting it synced with Spectrum app. Fortunately, the TV did not need to be replaced, just programming issue revolved

Your agent, David, came to my house, mask and booties included to install and set up my 55"Sony TV. David was very Professional and helpful in listening to my needs as far as station set up. He removed the existing TV and asked where it was to go. I told him that I would take it upstairs when he had finished with it. He immediately asked me to show him where to and picked up the old TV and carried it upstairs for me. What a gentleman! I am a long standing Geek Squad member and will continue to be so. Thank you, Geek Squad.

Was able to install the TV for the following week. The installer showed up on time did a great job and left the place clean. 1st time I had Best Buy install, I would do it again

I did not have a Geek install. I had a outside technician who was fabulous! My mount had not come when he initially arrived and he agreed to come back later, which game me time to go buy one from Best Buy. While it was extremely disappointing that my local Best Buy had 16 of them but ordered mine from Chicago, I was pleased with the level of service I received from the technician!
