Great and Professional..was very surprised at the Service . Much better then the first Service I had in the past.

The geek squad team went over and above and helping us mount a TV and Sonos sound bar on a stone fireplace.

Very professional man installed the mounting bracket. Gave me full review of it. He then mounted the TV and showed me how to slide it to position I would want. He showed how to dismantle the TV if necessary. He Hide all wires in wall and cleaned up all sheet rock mess. He proceeded to install Blue Ray, and sound bar and Woofer. Once everything was completed he reviewed all set up. Before he left, He had packaged up all the boxes and when he left. There was a beautiful TV, Blue Ray, and Sound system and not one speck of trash left. Very professional and polite man

The Geek Squad came to my home to installed and mounted my 65" TV. They were very customer friendly, did an excellent job installing and mounting my 65" TV. I requested that They come back to install the existing BlueRay CD player, etc. They were so professional and customer friendly. They did an excellent job. If I had to rate them on a scale of 1 to 10, and 10 being the highest on the scale; they would received a 12+. If I had to get another TV installed or recommend I would tell call Best Buy - Geek Squad. GREAT JOB!!

The two guys that mounted my tv and set up my devices were professional and did a good job. They had a HDMI cable in van because guy at the store forgot to tell me I needed one. They were able to hook up two of my other devices for me also.

The two Geek Squad servicemen arrived. Professional setup was a breeze with their help. We learned a lot. We were not left wondering what to do before they left. These men ensured that we understood clearly what steps to take to have the best viewing system. They suggested future add-ons and made our setup experience well worth the time.
