The Geek Squad agents were on time as usual and my new TV looks and functions great on its wall mount. I will use them for my next TVs as well

The arrived promptly, used protective masks and shoe covers (which we really appreciated), wiped everything down and insured a clean, safe environment. Both men were pleasant, informative and communicated with each of us, especially our 90 year old mother who was deeply interested in the new TV and it’s options. A pleasant, educational and helpful experience! We maintain Geek Squad protection annually and it is worth it.

The agent was very knowledgeable and did a nice job with the installation. However he was out of the plastic wall covers for the wires. I contacted him a day or two later to ask him or another agent in my area to drop the cover by. He never returned my call. Yes I can drive across the Potomac to the Best Buy in Alexandria VA to pick up the cover. But should I really have to since I paid for the convenience of the installation?

We did not have the correct components initially so the technician had to return at a later time. He worked diligently to get our new system up and running and train us on the features.

Geek Squad came in, unpacked 75" TV, attached mount bracket, then placed on wall. Made all adjustments, started TV, hooked up to internet and WIFI. Got YouTube TV going. Explained remote. Then took all trash with then when they left. Well worth the money.
