Two guys from Geek Squad did a great job mounting our tv with our full-motion mount. They knew exactly what to do in our new home and were careful with hanging our new mount and 75" tv. Pulling the HDMI and optical cables through our wall tube was tricky, but they figured it out and everything is nicely hidden. Hooking up our Samsung soundbar was very quick.

They do everything for you. Take the tv out of the box and put the mount on it and get it where you wont it on the wall... make sure you have your own all mount.

These guys were great. Completely took the hassle and legwork out of doing it myself. To be fully truthful, I couldn't have done this myself. The 77" LG G3 OLED would have not fit in my car, even though it's an SUV and it takes at least 2 strong people to mount it on the wall, not to mention getting it done right!

They were the best. I had another repair man working on another item and was moving back and forth between them. The installers set up my streaming and walked me through the remote control and the tv functions. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

The installation went smooth and the techs clean up after all work was completed, they were excellent and very professional.

They did a perfect job mounting my tv! No problems! They made sure I was pleased with the positioning of the tv and made the whole process easy for me!

I am always very pleased with the Geek Squad extended warranty services, this was the first time I had them come out to my home to do any work. The TV was mounted well, and I definitely like that it is covered as far as if it were to fall off the wall the TV would be replaced at no cost. I was a bit disappointed to find that after The Geek Squad left the TV had not been updated, it was not connected to my wireless network, My streaming services were not set up, and the wires were left in a bit of a rats nest. I would still recommend it, just be prepared to watch over the production to ensure that everything is done to your satisfaction.

Once we got the appointment correctly set they got here on time. They were very courteous. But you have to be very very very specific with your instructions about the conditions for the installation. I had a brick wall, once I was able to communicate that to them they came prepared and did a good installation job. They also advised b4 hand that there was an additional charge, which was acceptable. The programming of the TV and soundbar was spotty they did the basics. Since I wasn't prepared to tell them what to install. They did the best that they could.
