I was very pleased with the skill and workmanship of the talented pair of Geek Squad guys. They accommodated my directions for height and position of the 55" flat screen. They deserve a bonus for their excellent work!

The Geek Squad technicians arrived on time. They were able to use the existing mount to avoid drilling additional holes in the wooden mantle. They hooked everything up quickly.

Geek Squad installed the 65” TV pretty quickly. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. They even put my old TV where I wanted them to put it.

Expensive way to go, but they got it done the right way

This tv is amazing. Best buy has great credit programs! I was able to purchase this TV with 5K credit due to a big sale and I had received 10% back on my credit for future purchases.

Highly recommend the Best Buy geek squad to come out and mount your TV professional courteous quick and They do not make a mess was told a time of buying that I can either use the geek squad or a third-party do you have the install and she recommended the geek squad I totally agree fantastic people great job

Recently remodeled our house. I wasn’t comfortable putting holes in my new drywall so I scheduled the professionals to come in. They had everything measured, marked, drilled, installed, and cleaned up within 50 minutes. I’m scheduling them to come install my basement tv’s this week. I’m satisfied with the exceptional service they provided!

Ryan and Thomas are amazing technicians. They are courteous and have great knowledge and even helped me order a sound bar while they were here.

Over and beyond my expectations!! Very knowledgeable and professional! They were on time and explained everything to us in detail. They installed all products and even installed some off their truck that I needed to make my viewing experience excellent!! They are to be highly commended

Takes effort but results are the ultimate outcome-- I pay $200 + tax for total tech and get Greek squad services. I haven't had to use much but make sure you ask and use what geek squad services are provided otherwise you won't get much out of it

This has been absolutely the WORST experience ever and I’ve even work at Best Buy and have never heard of such a situation. I don’t ever plan on doing a service with Best Buy Geek Squad ever again. I purchased a 75” Samsung Tv as well as a mounting service. Both services were scheduled to be done 11/30. I’ve had to reschedule and move my entire day around 4 times in span of three weeks and still can’t get the services done. I finally received my tv last week but still am having issues with mounting it. I have multiple email confirmations and the last email I have was for December 14th (I’ll include a screenshot) yet they don’t have it in their system. I’ve talked to multiple people as well as two supervisors and they all say the same thing. They can’t do anything to actually help aside from suggesting to reschedule. For one of the days I scheduled for my tv to be mounted and delivered I physically seen the geek squad truck parked outside across the street from my apartment in the grocery store parking lot. I waited to receive a call and never did however from what I was informed it was left in some notes that a phone call was mad and they had no access to the building. I watched them drive off and never contacted me. It also does not help that the number that’s left on the app and given out is geek squad call center. They don’t have any direct contact with the actual geek squad service teams that are going out to do the services.

The two man team were extremely prompt, patient, kind and thorough! We are still under construction after Hurricane Michael. They came in and measured, and mounted my home theater equipment. Then made sure it was protected for the finishing touches. This is my 3rd living room television install with best buy geek squad. Still extremely impressed!

Keith and another Geek Squad member (sorry, forgot name) came out at the time promised, did install of Sanus bracket and Samaung tv, set it up and cleaned up everything. It was a great experience, definitely recommend Best Buy and Geek Squad!

Quick, fast and reliable and friendly. Would highly recommend geek squad. From setting up the appointment, to the follow up with how the service went, they have been superior in their customer service.

The guys came prepared. They asked how high or low i wanted my 75" TV mounted. They were professional and quick, but also did quality work.
