The install techs did an excellent job. They arrived on time. They were careful and efficient with the install process. They thoroughly explained the mounting options available allowing me to make the ultimate decisions and then cleaned-up after themselves when they were done. The "cherry-on-top" is the install was completely free with my TotalTech membership!

The agents were very professional in the mounting and installation of my tv in the theatre room.

The service man was on time, very personable and put up the tv in record time. This was a 3rd party service provider that works for BB, btw. Did not seem to be Geek Squad specifically- I have had other GS installers and they were very good as well

The two gentlemen who came to my home to connect my new TV were professional and worked quickly. When they left everything was working, but the next morning I could no longer use both remotes. Instead I have to use the TV remote to turn on, and my provider remote for everything else. Also, the sound won't come out my home theatre sound system, so I'm stuck with only the TV speakers. It's been two weeks, and things have gotten busy at my house. I will need to call the Geek Squad back for a return visit.
