Prompt and efficient. Had to pull off an old mount which was the longest/hardest part of the entire work. Everything else went smoothly. Installation was fast.

Installer was punctual and polite. Did a good job at physical installation. There were some issues with programming the TV with my Comcast remote. It was solved sometime later by a 2nd visit.

Ali and Chris even came back later in the day when they had been given the wrong mount. 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, they were fantastic in every way.

They did a good job mounting the TV where I requested. I am tempted to redo part of their installation, as the tilt feature of the wall mount was blocked off -- a slight "adjustment" should fix it.

The agents showed up on time and replaced my existing non-flex TV mount with a new flexible mount frame. Now I can flex the TV out and up/down as well as swivel for a better view.
