I had my new Sony TV mounted over the fireplace of our newly built home. They were able to quickly install my new tv exactly where I wanted it to be installed.

Handling the installation and set up for a large screen is well worth the cost. Getting the cable, DVD player and sound bar all put together and functioning is hassle free.

The installers did a good job and were on time. I'm happy with the result.

Jason and his assistant were absolutely fantastic with installing our new TV. They centered it perfectly above our fireplace mantle. They were very efficient and explained everything we needed to know for operating the TV and getting us signed into our streaming apps. They also brought a SONOS sound bar that they installed and it sounds amazing like we are in a movie theater. Thank you all so much!

The technician went above and beyond in getting a cable cover when I asked him when he called on his way if he had the cable cover because I wanted my wires covered just as the previous technician who mounted the tv in my living room, weeks before did. I had called several times, days prior to ensure there would be no stories about the technician coming to get my room mounting done, not having a cable cover on arrival for my appointment. However, the incompetent and irresponsible agents I spoke to, made no notes about my request whatsoever. The technician was unable to get the exact cable over needed for the job, hence the mounting did not come out as neat as the mounting in my living room did

"Zeke" did an outstanding job of delivering, connecting and then programing our new 32" Samsung Smart TV, sound bar and connector cables for our VCR/DVD player. He also hauled away the old, bulky and heavy CRT TV that the Smart TV replaced. Zeke was professional, courteous and patient with us to review the basics of operating the TV, sound bar, and DVD/VCR player before he left. We are grateful for Zeke's outstanding service.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to my sound system. They needed an additional part, which was on the truck. Very convenient. They also recommended and installed a MESH wi-fi system. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. These technicians are a real asset to Best Buy.
