The Geek Squad came to install a new TV and sound bar. When they were preparing to set this items up, they noticed hat your current TV and sound bar was fine -- it was the crumby DirectTV box that was bad and causing all of the problems. They did not install the new TV and sound bar and returned them to the store and saved us over $2200. This is what customer service is all about. COMPLETE HONESTY. Thank you Geek Squad and Best Buy. When I do finally need these items, I will not go anywhere else to get them!!!!!

This group of technicians are amazing. 15 years ago we had the Geek Squad install our 50 inch Plasma tv from Best Buy. They excellent then and now they installed and programmed the remote to our new 70 inch QLED. Once again they were excellent. Very neat and very patient with customers over the age of 72!
