Good over all Service.. only complaint would be trying to sell me a $160 mount because they thought the tv didn’t already come with one.. however it did.

We can not thank Mario Morales enough - he was so patient with us and went over set up several times. There is so much these tv's can do these days - there should be a course on this! I would definitely recommend this set up with the Geek Squad!

The installer worked hard to get my TV on the wall. I had some firewalls that he missed the first time but was able to patch the wall and get the job done.

Geek Squad was prompt, efficient and very professional. Explained everything for someone who is not techie oriented to where it could be understood.

The two gentlemen who delivered and mounted our 55” TV did a nice job. Very respectful of our house and furniture. Took the time to explain and set up our TV.

My Geek Squad member, Shauwna, was exceptional and spent a long time setting everything up and explaining the workings on my new Samsung OLEO TV and my Sonos Beam. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, and I am certainly pleased that he was the Geek Squad associate who worked on my system.

The squad came and hung my mount on the wall and connected all the equipment up. Great job as now I know it wont fall off the wall.

As always, geek squad did a fantastic job. Had to add to ny packsge due to the new place having differently spaced studs, but the team was able to adjust.

This is my second time having Best buy come and install my tv on the wall and I'm very satisfied with the service, the installers right away got to work, were kind and courteous. They arrived right when they said and when it was done they cleaned up, took my through my new options on the tv vs the old one i had before. i appreciated their confidence with installing an 85" tv. Definitely will have them again if i buy another
