Agents mounted TV and connected cable box, BluRay and soundbar. They were professional and efficient, and the install is quite nice. My only complaint (not reflected in the rating) is with the sales team not explaining that the mount cannot be installed as advertised, so install team ended up placing screen farther from wall than desired/planned. Had we known this we would have picked a different mount so it coordinated properly with the custom millwork/casework installed for the TV/soundbar.

Agents connected my sound bar to TV and blueray player, set up speakers and coordinated all remotes. Work order and what I thought I paid for were different, ( tbd ). Crew did as I requested. ( Customer is always right )

Unless you are a carpenter and electrician rolled into one and know all about setting up big screen TVs, spend the money and let them do it. It buys you peace of mind.
